Oboz shoes generally run true to size, but we recommend measuring your foot and consulting our size chart. Because our B-DRY waterproof membrane can slightly reduce interior volume, some hikers prefer sizing up by a half size for extra toe room.
What is the Oboz return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in unworn, brand-new condition with original packaging. If you find your boots aren't the perfect fit, you can initiate a return or exchange through our online portal.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who need their gear sooner for an upcoming trip.
Are Oboz shoes covered by a warranty?
Yes, Oboz provides a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, improper fit, or damage caused by misuse.
How should I clean and maintain my waterproof boots?
To maintain the integrity of the leather and B-DRY membrane, clean off mud with a soft brush and water. Avoid high heat sources for drying, and periodically apply a water-based waterproofing treatment to the outer material.
