At Oboz Footwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your new boots or shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all returns are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing at home.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unworn footwear back into its original Oboz shoebox and secure it inside a standard shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
